About Me

My name is Carol and I live in Livingston , West Lothian, Scotland - a few minutes from Junction 3 of the M8. I work within the health service and became interested in the oriental breed when I got my first pedigree cat .who I called Amy (her posh name is Myaa Mima).

When I went to collect her from her breeder I saw rosettes on the wall and this led to me going along to a cat show. From there I started showing and was lucky as Amy reached Champion status quite quickly.

I then wanted to have my own oriental cat on the show bench and this has led to me becoming a breeder. I have been very lucky as I have met some wonderful people within the cat world who have given lots of advice and support along the way, and have been allowed to be owned by very special girl - MYAA MIMA  for which I thank her  breader for. She has now gone to her new home after she retired as she wasnt happy with the others here and has settled in well with another cat that she loves

My Prefix

My prefix -BAOJIN is registered with the GCCF . It is a Chinese name and means Precious Gold which I think sums up the way I view my cats. I breed Orientals and Siamese . My cat’s health is very important to me and I only let them have one litter of kittens in a year. They have the run of a 3 bedroom house bar one room which is reserved for visitors. I also have an outside run built so they remain safe. Otherwise my cats are indoor cats. Any kittens that Ive available live indoors.

For details of available kittens please go to the kitten page

In 2009 I became the proud owner of a black great dane bitch who has slotted into the family well. I have applied for a kennel name and am waiting to hear whether I have the name I have requested.
